This website, nilado.net, is operated by Nilado d.o.o., a software company based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Nilado”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We keep the data we collect to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, this can include:

• Contact details you send us: your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message when you contact us by email or phone.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Advertising data: visits and actions on the site after clicking one of our ads, collected through the Meta Pixel, only if you allow marketing cookies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request information that our hosting provider records in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Your cookie choice: which cookie categories you allowed, so we don’t ask again on every visit.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive personal data through this website.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer or start a project with you, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, based on your consent (analytics cookies).
• To measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, based on your consent (marketing cookies).
• To run and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in a secure, working site.
• To meet legal obligations, for example accounting or requests from public authorities.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We use one necessary cookie to remember your choice, a few local storage entries that stay in your browser (for example, so the intro animation plays only once), and analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and delivery.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: Google Analytics, if you allow analytics cookies.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel, if you allow marketing cookies.
• Our email and office software providers: to receive and answer your messages.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

• Enquiries and correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, and then as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted automatically.
• Cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie policy.
• Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

Under the data protection laws that apply to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy of it;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest (objection);
• send it to you or another company in a structured format (portability).

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for cookies through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.

To use any of these rights, write to info@nilado.net. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or with the data protection authority in the country where you live.

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and working only with providers that maintain recognised security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to keep your data safe.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
